The Tanzanian Institute of Managers is a professional membership organization established in 2021. Its purpose is the promotion of management competencies throughout Tanzania. The Institute recognizes that good management is the single most influential factor in the success of any enterprise. The Institute hence plans to invest enormously in influencing the development of managerial skills, competencies and mindsets.
