  • “You”, “User”, “Client” – Refers to any individual or entity using our Services
  • “Services” – Includes domain registration, hosting plans, website tools, support, and all digital products offered on our platform

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use our Services. You also agree to provide accurate information during registration.

3. Services Offered

The Site Weavers provides:

  • Domain registration and management
  • Web hosting (shared, business, and reseller plans)
  • Email hosting and management
  • Website creation tools including AI-powered builders
  • SSL certificates and website security
  • Digital consultancy and online marketing (on request)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Avoid hosting or sharing illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Secure your login credentials and hosting environment
  • Ensure your content does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks

You are responsible for all content hosted under your account.

5. Billing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings.
  • Payment is due before service activation or renewal.
  • We accept various payment methods including mobile money, bank transfer, and online cards.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Renewal reminders will be sent in advance.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Domain names and hosting services are non-refundable once registered.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your client dashboard.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke service if misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected.

7. Third-Party Integrations

We provide access to tools and services integrated with third parties like:

  • Facebook & Instagram APIs
  • WhatsApp Business tools
  • AI plugins

Use of these tools is subject to their respective terms, and you consent to limited sharing of necessary data for integration.

We are not liable for data breaches or changes in those platforms’ terms or functionality.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your actions cause security risks or harm to other users
  • You fail to make payments after due notifications

In such cases, data may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Site Weavers is not liable for:

  • Downtime caused by third-party data centres, server maintenance, or acts beyond our control
  • Data loss if the user fails to maintain local backups
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service.

10. Privacy & Data Handling

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, scripts, and code available on The Site Weavers' platform remain the property of The Site Weavers unless otherwise stated. You may not duplicate, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
