This Gaming Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to mobile games and gaming-related applications published by The Site Weavers (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on Google Play and the Apple App Store (each, an “App”, and together, the “Apps”). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to this Policy.
Use this page as the public privacy policy URL in Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
1. Who we are
The Site Weavers is the developer and publisher of the Apps covered by this Policy.
- Developer: The Site Weavers
- Address: Badoisha St, Mwenge, P.O. Box 38637, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Email: info@siteweavers.co.tz
- Website: https://www.siteweavers.co.tz
2. Scope
This Policy covers personal information and other data we collect through our Apps, app stores, and related game services. It does not cover websites or services that have their own separate privacy notices, unless we say otherwise in the App.
3. Information we collect
Depending on the App, platform permissions you grant, and the features you use, we may collect:
3.1 Information you provide
- Support messages, feedback, bug reports, and contact details you send us
- In-app display names, preferences, or settings you choose
- Account or sign-in details if an App offers optional login (for example Apple, Google, or email)
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information (device model, operating system version, language, time zone)
- App version, install source, crash logs, and performance diagnostics
- Gameplay and usage data (levels played, session length, progress, achievements, feature usage)
- Approximate location derived from IP address (not precise GPS unless an App clearly requests it and you grant permission)
- Advertising or analytics identifiers where allowed by the platform and your settings (for example Google Advertising ID or Apple Identifier for Advertisers)
- Purchase and subscription status for in-app purchases processed by Google Play or Apple
3.3 Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not ask for government ID numbers, precise health data, or payment card details inside the Apps. Payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Apps
- Save progress, settings, and gameplay state
- Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and monitor stability and performance
- Understand how features are used so we can improve gameplay and balance
- Process and restore eligible in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Apps
- Protect against fraud, abuse, cheating, and security incidents
- Show ads or measure advertising performance where an App includes advertising, subject to platform rules and your choices
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where required by law (including the GDPR and similar frameworks), we process personal data based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract (providing the App), our legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), your consent (for example certain advertising or tracking permissions), and legal obligations.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us host, analyse, secure, or support the Apps (under contracts that limit how they use the data)
- Advertising and analytics partners, where an App uses them and where permitted by law and platform policies
- Platform providers such as Google and Apple, for distribution, purchases, crash reports, and store services
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- A successor entity if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer
7. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
Some Apps may include advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting tools. Those partners may collect device and usage information, including advertising identifiers, to provide ads, measure performance, and help us understand App usage.
- Apple: Where required, we request permission through App Tracking Transparency before tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies. You can also limit ad tracking in iOS Settings.
- Google / Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID and manage ad personalisation in your device settings.
- Turning off personalised advertising or denying tracking does not always remove all ads; ads may still appear in a less relevant form.
8. Children's privacy
Unless an App listing or in-app notice clearly states otherwise, our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
If we publish an App designed for children, we will follow applicable children’s privacy rules (including COPPA and platform family policies) and update this Policy or the App-specific notice accordingly.
9. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Apps, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, improving products, and meeting legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Crash logs and diagnostics are typically retained for shorter operational periods. Support correspondence may be retained longer to help resolve future issues.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
We are based in Tanzania and may process or store information on servers or with service providers in other countries. Where required, we take steps intended to protect personal information when it is transferred internationally.
12. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or request a copy of your data. You can also:
- Change device permissions for the App in your phone settings
- Manage advertising and tracking preferences as described in Section 7
- Uninstall the App to stop future collection through that installation
- Contact us to request deletion of account or support data we hold
To exercise a privacy request, email info@siteweavers.co.tz with the App name, your request, and enough detail for us to locate your records. We may need to verify your request before responding.
13. Third-party links and services
Apps may link to third-party websites, SDKs, or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to them.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. For material changes, we may also provide notice in the App or on this page. Continued use of an App after an update means you accept the revised Policy, where permitted by law.
15. Contact us

16. Store disclosure notes
This Policy is intended to support privacy disclosures required by Google Play Console (including Data safety) and Apple App Store Connect (including App Privacy). The Data safety / App Privacy questionnaire for each App listing should match the actual data practices of that App. If a specific game collects additional categories of data, we will disclose that in the store listing and update this Policy or publish an App-specific supplement.
